Card payment — Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay — processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. Brevora never sees or stores your full card number. You receive a receipt by email immediately after purchase, and a VAT invoice on request.
Access is normally available immediately after payment and in all cases within 24 hours. Your access details are sent to the email address used on the order. If anything is unclear, reply to that email or write to support@brevora.com with your order reference.
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to support@brevora.com with your order reference. Refunds are normally processed within five business days to the original payment method. The complete policy is on our Refund Policy page.
