1. The guarantee in one sentence

If Brevora is not what you needed, write to support@brevora.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order reference, and we will refund you in full — no justification required.

This applies to every individual plan: Starter, Standard, Professional and Ultimate. It applies whether or not you have started the course. We would rather refund someone who bought the wrong thing than keep money from a dissatisfied customer.

2. How to request a refund

Send an email to support@brevora.com including:

You do not need to explain why. If you would like to tell us what did not work, we read every reply and it genuinely shapes what we change — but it is entirely optional and has no bearing on whether the refund is granted.

We acknowledge every refund request within 24 business hours on business days. If you have not had an acknowledgement after that, please resend, as spam filters occasionally intervene in both directions.

3. How long it takes

We initiate the refund within two business days of receiving a valid request. The funds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, they typically appear within five to ten business days from the moment we initiate it. That final stage is controlled by your bank, not by us; if it takes longer, contact us and we will send you the payment provider's confirmation reference so you can pass it to your bank.

Refunds are always made to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card, account or person.

4. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that statutory right is lost once supply begins with your express consent and your acknowledgement that the right will be lost.

Our commercial guarantee is deliberately more generous than that. We honour the 14-day refund even where you have already accessed the course, subject only to the anti-abuse conditions in section 6. Nothing in this policy limits or removes any statutory right you have as a consumer.

5. Does using the course affect my refund?

No. You may watch lessons, download the exercise files and work through modules, and still request a refund within the 14-day window. That is the point of the guarantee: you cannot properly judge a course without opening it.

When a refund is issued, your access to the refunded course or plan is withdrawn, and any certificate issued for it is revoked. You are asked to delete any downloaded files, and the licence to use them ends with the refund.

6. When we may decline a refund

We decline refunds only in the following clearly-defined situations, and we will always explain in writing which one applies:

These conditions do not apply to a customer who simply bought the wrong course, found it too basic or too advanced, or changed their mind. Those are exactly the cases the guarantee is for.

7. Business plans and Premium Support

Business seats (Team and Enterprise Starter) are covered by the same 14-day guarantee from the date of purchase, calculated on the full order. After that period, seats run for the remainder of the twelve-month term and are not refundable pro rata, but you may reassign a seat to a different colleague at no cost by writing to support@brevora.com.

Premium Support is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current paid month. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. We do not refund part-months, because cancellation prevents the next charge rather than reversing the current one.

8. Duplicate charges and billing errors

If you have been charged twice for the same order, charged an amount that does not match the price displayed, or charged after cancelling, this is not a discretionary refund — it is a billing error, and we correct it in full and immediately, regardless of how much time has passed. Write to support@brevora.com with your order reference and, if possible, a screenshot of the statement line.

9. If the service is unavailable

If a technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing a course you have paid for, and we are unable to resolve it within seven days of you reporting it, you are entitled to a full refund even if the 14-day window has expired. Report the problem to support@brevora.com with the course name, the lesson concerned and what you see, so we can investigate quickly.

10. Upgrades instead of refunds

Occasionally the issue is that the plan was too small rather than wrong. If you bought Starter and realise you need the full catalogue, you do not need a refund and a repurchase: write to support@brevora.com and we will send you an upgrade link for the difference in price. This is available at any time — there is no deadline after which the credit expires.

11. Chargebacks — please talk to us first

If you do not recognise a charge, or you are unhappy with your purchase, please email support@brevora.com before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback typically takes six to twelve weeks to resolve, whereas we can usually refund you within two business days. If a charge was genuinely not authorised by you, tell us and we will refund it immediately and investigate — no argument.

12. Complaints

If you believe a refund has been wrongly declined, reply to our decision email stating why, and it will be reviewed again by the company's director, Ihab Aarab. You may also write to BREVORA LTD, 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, WC1X 0ND, United Kingdom. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer, or your right to seek redress through the courts.

To request a refund: email support@brevora.com with the subject "Refund" and your order reference. Acknowledged within 24 business hours on business days, initiated within two business days.
