1. Scope
This policy applies to everyone who visits https://brevora.com, creates an account, or accesses any course. It forms part of our Terms of Service; where the two are read together, this policy sets out the conduct rules and the Terms set out the contractual framework.
2. What you may do — explicitly permitted
We want the training to be genuinely useful at work, so the licence is deliberately practical:
- Watch the video lessons as many times as you like, on any device you personally use.
- Download the exercise files, solution files, notes and templates provided for download, and keep them.
- Use the techniques taught in your own professional work, including work you carry out for your employer or for your own clients. Skills are yours once learned; we place no restriction on applying them commercially.
- Adapt the template and exercise files and use the adapted versions in your own or your employer's workbooks and reports.
- Show a colleague something you have learned, or explain a technique in your own words.
- Reference the certificate of completion on your CV or professional profile, described accurately as a certificate of completion issued by BREVORA LTD.
3. What you may not do — prohibited conduct
3.1 Account and access
- Share your login credentials with any other person, or allow more than one individual to use a single account.
- Sell, rent, lend or transfer your account or your access rights.
- Attempt to access parts of the service you have not paid for, another user's account, or any administrative area.
- Create multiple accounts to obtain repeated refunds or to circumvent a suspension.
3.2 Course content
- Record, screen-capture, re-host, mirror, upload or otherwise reproduce the video lessons.
- Redistribute the downloadable files to anyone outside your organisation's licensed seats, including on file-sharing sites, messaging groups or internal networks accessible to unlicensed users.
- Publish, sell or give away any part of the course content, including transcripts, translations or substantial summaries.
- Use the content, in whole or in substantial part, to create or deliver a competing training product or paid tutorial.
- Remove, obscure or alter any copyright notice, watermark or attribution.
3.3 Technical conduct
- Circumvent, disable or attempt to defeat any access control, rate limit or content protection measure.
- Use automated tools — scrapers, crawlers, download managers or scripts — to access, index or bulk-download the site or the video content.
- Introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or interfere with the availability of the service for others.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the platform.
3.4 Conduct towards others
- Use the contact form, support inbox or any communication channel to send unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing content.
- Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages through our channels.
3.5 Misrepresentation
- Present our certificate of completion as an accredited or regulated qualification, or as conferring a professional title.
- Claim to be an authorised reseller, partner, affiliate or representative of BREVORA LTD without a written agreement.
- State or imply that BREVORA LTD endorses your work, product or organisation.
4. Why credential sharing matters
Of all the rules above, the one broken most often and most casually is account sharing. It is worth being explicit about why we take it seriously: our prices are set on the basis of one account, one learner. Sharing shifts the cost of training a team onto individual customers who pay honestly. The Team plan exists precisely so that organisations can license several people properly, and it is priced to make that the sensible choice rather than the punished one.
5. How we enforce this policy
We monitor for patterns consistent with breach — for example, a single account accessed from many locations simultaneously, or automated bulk requests. We do not read the content of your work files, and we do not monitor what you build.
Our response is proportionate to the conduct:
- Likely accidental or first occurrence: we contact you, explain the problem and give you a reasonable opportunity to put it right. Most cases end here.
- Continued or deliberate breach: temporary suspension of access while we investigate, with written notice of the reason.
- Serious breach — redistribution of content, systematic scraping, circumventing protection, or attempted intrusion: permanent termination without refund, in accordance with section 18 of the Terms of Service.
- Unlawful conduct: we may report the matter to the relevant authorities and pursue any remedy available to us in law, including for copyright infringement.
Where access is terminated for breach, we will tell you in writing which provision was breached and what evidence we relied on. If you believe we have made a mistake, reply and it will be reviewed by the company's director.
6. Reporting a breach
If you become aware of our content being redistributed, of an account being shared, or of a security vulnerability in this website, please tell us at support@brevora.com. Reports are treated confidentially. We welcome good-faith security reports and will not pursue action against anyone who reports a vulnerability responsibly, without exploiting it or accessing other users' data.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The version in force is the one published here, with the "last updated" date shown above. Material changes affecting existing customers will be notified by email before they take effect.
